RETURNED *a).Although we are experienced in sending plants domestically, MAYBE we could have made a mistake in sending plants abroad. BUT, Even though we're new sellers at Ecrater, we're ready to replace dead plants by a maximum of up to 80%.
b).For some damage We may replace the dead plants, but the shipping costs are borne by the recipient or you can buy 1 or more plants and I will combine the shipments.
c).For damage caused by the delivery party taking too long or beyond the estimated estimated arrival limit of the goods, it is beyond our responsibility!

SHIPPING**
We from Indonesia can reach all regions in the World. Don't worry because we use DHL EXPRESS for our plant delivery services, which of course the plants will quickly arrive at your home.
a).We use DHL Express.
This is the fastest delivery we know of. Usually to the USA takes 5 - 14 days.
b).Special packaging, because to send plants requires special packaging to keep it safe to get to the buyer.
c).Free for you Bonus for every purchase above 2 items, And Free also Phytosanitary Certificate.
d).There may be several Countries with their own policies regarding the delivery of Plant packages, to clarify that you can contact us first.
e).All plants that we send have gone through the quarantine stage from the relevant Parties and have been released before being sent. So when the plants arrive at your home in fresh and beautiful condition.
There are several steps before we send the package :
1. Plant Packing Preparation.
2. Submit an export permit as a condition for making a phytosanitary certificate.
3. Laboratory tests to check plant health.
4. Preparation of a phytosanitary certificate and re-checking by the Plant Quarantine Agency of the Ministry of Agriculture.

ORDER CONFECTIONERY***
a). Actually we've been moving for so long in terms of selling flowers either domestically or abroad. Usually we process and prepare orders from buyers only overnight and no later than a day.
b). For the packaging process we usually take about 5 hours in the packaging of one plant package, this is because the nature of the plant is very sensitive and requires more attention.
c). Once completed in the packaging process of course the package is ready to be sent to your home.
IMPORTANT POINT OF ORDER HANDLING
a). Before entering the packaging process, all our plants have gone through the process of strelization and quarantine first from the relevant Parties.
b). If you order in large quantities, it will take a little long time in the packaging process, but take it easy we will add another plant bonus in it, so just wait at home until the package comes.
